Inspiration

I was flickering through this very old magazine and spotted these 'fantasy sandwiches.' They are made with sliced bread, coloured cream cheese, and olives and red pepper for details. They use guacamole for colour green, caviar for black, and a mix of mashed cheese, milk and mustard for yellow.
